But the thing they're looking for, they already have it. Right there in the way they talk about their work when they stop trying to sound professional. In the decisions they've already made and don't trust. In the thing they keep coming back to that they've convinced themselves isn't valid.
The problem is never that you're missing something.
The problem is you've been looking outward for something that's inward.
Stop searching for the next thing.
Look at what you've already built.
You'll find your magic there.
