NOTE // 260
January 19, 2026

You're calling it the wrong thing.

I've run the same Clarity session for three years at three different prices.

£350 in 2024.
Sold well.

Tested £650.
Still sold well.

2025 hits.
Demand drops.
Regular customers space out their bookings.
New customers become harder to find.

2026.
Testing £300.

Each time I changed the price, people told me I was either undercharging or pricing myself out.
Each time, I ignored them and just watched what happened.

That's not failure.
That's data.

When you test something and it doesn't work the way you expected, you haven't failed.
You've just found out something you didn't know before.

The word "failure" makes it about whether you're good enough.
But it's not about you.
It's about the test.

Your business isn't an exam room.
It's a lab.

I run experiments all the time.

Price tests.
Format tests.
Delivery tests.

Some work.
Some don't.
All of them teach me something.

Most people never run the test because they're afraid of what it means if it doesn't work.

It doesn't mean anything about you.
It just means you know something now you didn't know before.

That thing you're afraid to try?
Run the test.
Write down what happens.

That's the whole game.
