Most businesses fail because_

Trying to fix weaknesses.

But the game isn't being well-rounded.
It's being world-class at one thing.

Make your strength exceptional.
Get your weaknesses to mediocre.

And then hire someone who's great at what you're not.

That's it.

Your job isn't to be the best at everything.

It's to be the best at the thing only you can do.
